I received the friendliest and warmest of welcomes from Shauna on my late arrival. Room very clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was incredibly powerful, so much so that when turned on, the water shot out everywhere and forced shower head upwards. Unfortunately that led to water spraying everywhere in the bathroom. Perhaps the pressure could be eased a little. Bath towels were a little on the small side.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no noise coming from the rooms next door.(they were occupied). All the Staff were excellent. They were helpful and friendly. The service was second to none. From the time we ordered anything drinks or dinner we had very little wait time. During dinner someone was always at hand if we needed anything. A 5* service in a 3* Hotel. Exceptional!!

We were greeted by a lovely man at the front desk. We arrived at our room and it was more than we expected. We had a small kitchen off our room which was a lovely and unexpected addition. We went down for dinner and the staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was exceptional. The breakfast was self serving but cattered to all. I can't wait to stay again.

Morning reception staff was exceptional, answered all questions and helped with calling for taxi service. Location was excellent - walking distance to Lidl and other shopping.

There were lovely spacious to sit and chat. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly and pleasant, especially Hannah, Siobhan.
